SBC Digital Italia will provide information on the biggest challenges in the region

This week SBC Digital Italy The conference and exhibition are intended to provide in-depth information on the crucial issues influencing the future of the retail and online gaming and sports betting sectors in Italy.

The July 28-29 online event, organized by SBC in collaboration with Gioco News, features a program that will examine the main challenges facing one of Europe’s largest regulated gaming markets. Topics include proposed regulatory changes, how the retail industry can recover from COVID-related shutdowns, and creating a long-term future for horse racing.

It will also provide a wealth of otherwise hard-to-find information on the industry’s biggest opportunities, such as the growing popularity of online gaming, the emergence of sports betting and the resurgence of poker.

Highlights of the opening day include a panel of CEOs who will see the Lottomatica Guglielmo Angelozzi, Snaitech Fabio Schiavolin, Sisal Francesco durante, and Novomatic Italia Markus Buchele to study how to establish a sustainable future for betting and gaming operators in Italy.

The speakers include Marcello Minenna (managing director, Agenzia Dogane e Monopoli), Isabelle Falque-Pierrotin (president, National Games Authority), René Jansen (president, Kansspelautoriteit), and Liz yeigh (Chief Strategy Officer and Corporate Secretary, Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario).

The event also features networking sessions at the end of each day, during which industry leaders will reflect on the ideas that emerged from the conference panels and delegates will have the opportunity to express themselves and connect with other participants.
