Quentin Tarantino once claimed he resented ‘Casino Royale’ producers for not crediting him for the film

Casino Royale is widely credited for rebooting the James Bond series starring Daniel Craig. But Quentin Tarantino once thought that if it wasn’t for him, Casino Royale would never have been done. At one point he cared so much about it that he thought the people behind royal owed him credit for the film.

But Tarantino made a real effort to acquire the rights to the book in order to realize his vision. Martin Campbell shared this revelation in an interview with The Daily Express.

Quentin Tarantino didn’t believe it Casino Royale would have existed without it. In an interview on Friday night with jonathan rossthe pulp Fiction the director shared how he inspired the film.

Quentin Tarantino’s interest in a Bond movie died down after he learned that Pierce Brosnan would not be portraying the character.
