Please take the Betty White challenge on January 17th

Are you ready for the Betty Blanche challenge?

The word has spread in line quickly since the Hollywood legend died on December 31 that January 17, 2022, the day Betty was supposed to be 100, will be a day to do something nice, something Betty herself would have done. Help the animals.

Betty was a big animal lover. She has volunteered and donated to many animal groups throughout her long life, such as the American Humane Society, the Greater Los Angeles Zoo Association, and Guide Dogs for the Blind. In her memory, we’ve all been challenged by some of her fans on Twitter to donate $ 5 to one of your local animal shelters or rescue groups on Betty’s behalf on January 17th.

What a fabulous idea.

Here are some animal shelters / shelters in our region:

Hamilton Township Animal Shelter

Trenton Animal Shelter

Four legs in Yardley, Pennsylvania.

Rescue of the Trenton cats

Are you up to the challenge?

Can you imagine if everyone only gave $ 5? Incredible. We would definitely make a difference.

Betty would be proud.
