Playson extends its Italian footprint with the Snaitech agreement

Online casino game provider Playson is set to expand its presence in Italy thanks to a recent supply agreement with local gambling operator Snaitech.

Snaitech is one of the largest gambling companies in Italy. In addition to its digital games business, it operates a retail network of over 1,500 points of sale across Italy.

The operator was trained by the merger between Snai and Cogetech in 2015. In 2018, Snaitech was acquired by gambling technology giant Playtech.

As part of its recent deal with Playson, Snaitech will have access to the content provider’s full line of online slots and make them available to its desktop and mobile players.

Snaitech will be able to offer the best performing Playson titles such as Solar Queen, Solar Temple, and Pearl Beauty: Hold and win as well as the extremely popular supplier Timeless Fruit Slots series and Awesome fruits wallet.

Italian gambling operator will also have access to Playson’s engagement tools without integration which are designed to help operators improve player engagement. These include free spins, jackpots, and regular network-wide tournaments.

News of Playson’s partnership with Snaitech emerges shortly after the content provider announced a similar sourcing deal with a young online casino brand. Casino Days, owned and operated by the Rhino Entertainment iGaming group.

A fantastic way to strengthen the European position

Commenting on their latest alliance with an iGaming operator, Playson Senior Account Manager Christos Zoulianitis said they were delighted to have signed a content distribution agreement with one of the “The main players in the Italian market”.

Mr. Zoulianitis added that this new partnership with Snaitech is a great way for Playson to strengthen its position in Europe.

Snaitech BU’s Digital Director Alessandro Graziosi said they pay close attention to the content partners they choose as they always strive to provide their players with a “One game experience at a time immersive and sustainable the same time.”

The head of Snaitech went on to say that Playson guarantees all the basic requirements they have for iGaming content and that “As part of our offer, this will certainly represent added value.

Playson currently provides its content to operators serving players in more than 17 regulated markets. The provider’s portfolio includes more than 65 omnichannel titles. It has offices in Malta, Ukraine, UK and Greece.

Playson is licensed by the UK Gambling Commission, the Romanian National Gambling Authority and the Malta Gaming Authority, and its games are certified by a number of other regulators.

Snaitech is the last Italian operator with which the supplier has recently partnered to increase its presence in this market. Earlier this year, Playson announced a content delivery agreement with a locally licensed operator FlashBet.
