New acquisition

National Butler Society, a recognized provider of professional management services to the gaming industry, announces that its subsidiary, Butler National Service Corporation (BNSC) has completed the purchase of the minority stake in BHCMC, LLC, (BHCMC), resulting in BNSC the sole owner of BHCMC, manager of Boot Hill Casino & Resort.
